Dr. Keara Taylor, ND is passionate about helping women to feel at home and guided by the wisdom of their bodies.  She believes that our symptoms are indications that our bodies and lifestyles are out of balance. Dr. Keara combines comprehensive evaluation with in depth lab testing when necessary to determine the root cause of symptoms.  She uses evidence based and traditional forms of medicine to come up with an individualized treatment plan that may include clinical nutrition, botanical medicine and nutrient supplementation, IV therapy, BHRT and acupuncture.  Dr. Keara maintains a general practice with a special interest in women’s health and hormones (from PMS to menopause!), digestive issues, and stress management.

Dr. Keara obtained her Doctor of Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and prior to that received an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences from Western University.  Prior to becoming a naturopathic doctor, Dr. Keara worked as a Chartered Accountant downtown for many years.

Dr. Keara is an active member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors.  She has been certified in IV therapy.

In her spare time, Keara loves to spend time outdoors in nature with her family going for long walks or swimming in the lake.  She can also be found cozied up indoors with a good book or baking a decadent chocolate treat with her daughter.
